Welcome to our garden apartment located a few minutes from the university and the Campus Bio-Medico hospital.
This is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, well-located residence with easy connection to Metro B Laurentina reachable by bus that passes in front of the apartment.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, this makes it possible for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children to stay in the apartment.

• Proximity to the University and the Hospital:
Located a short distance from the main entrance of the university and the Campus Bio-Medico hospital.
2 minutes by car to the University and 3 minutes to the Polyclinic.
• Bedroom:
The bedroom is functionally furnished, with a comfortable bed and spacious wardrobes.
• Fully equipped kitchenette:
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and cooking utensils, including a juicer, electric kettle and coffee maker.
• Bath :
Complete bathroom with tub and shower, clean towels will always be provided, there is a hairdryer.
• Garden:
Spacious brick garden complete with outdoor sitting area to make the most of the beautiful sunny days.
• Proximity to Useful Services:
Supermarkets, pharmacies, and other essential services are easily accessible nearby, making your stay even more convenient.
