Not your typical guest house, this home boasts 2100 sq feet of living space, soaring vaulted ceilings, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 full bedrooms, a nicely appointed kitchen, private patio and entrance. There is also a large, loft office, with endless shelves, cabinets and desk space. Surrounded by palm trees, flowers and hardscape, this home is relaxing, quiet, and serene.

Perfect stay!

My family came to town for my wedding & this was a perfect fit for them. They originally wanted 2 rooms at hotel but when I found this property I couldn’t pass it up. The host is incredibly responsive to all messages and questions. The home is so clean and spacious. It was 2 minutes away from our wedding venue, and the AC worked great! I will definitely reserve again for all future family events.

Beautiful Home for Family Stay

We were visiting family in the Los Angeles, CA area and needed a place for 5+ individuals to stay comfortably and together. The home's location is straight shot up the 405 from LAX. This house was the perfect for us and only 10 minutes from my son's home in Northridge. Great area and Charming home with beautiful landscaping. Great amenities such as office upstairs, plenty of bath towels, Roku TV's in each room and washer and dryer. And the decor of the home was stunning. We felt right at home at this rental.

Spacious, comfortable home with amazing hostess

This 3 bedroom house is your palace away from home. High ceilings contribute to the openness and well-placed windows create a lot of light without heating up the house in the summer. It is located near to Cal State Northridge and convenient to both 101 and 5 freeways. Selin, the owner, lives in the main house at the front of the property and she is the most responsive and helpful hostess you can imagine, while still providing you with privacy (she is quick with her texting!). There are nice additions like iron and ironing board and blow dryer. While I only stayed a few nights, this would be a comfortable house to stay in for a month.

Clean, wonderful, private home to stay in.

You never know what you will get when you rent a home, just by looking at pictures on line. this is is as great as the pictures shows. If you are visiting the Burbank / Hollywood area, I would recommend this home for sure. Very nice and clean.

Great and spacious place to stay!

My family of 7 absolutely LOVED this home! It is a guest home behind a main home, but don't let that fool you. It is two story, very spacious and housed my husband and I and our 5 children very comfortably for two nights. It is beautiful, clean, and recently built. It is very well taken care of and is furnished with high quality furniture, fixtures, and appliances. The host was very helpful, kind and easy to work with. We left some articles of clothing, and she offered to send them to us. I have nothing but good to say about our stay here. Thanks for a great visit to California!!
