Cancelled on us on the day

I hadn’t heard from the host about how to check in so I had to go through customer services to call the host for them to tell me that the place was not available 4 hours after check-in time! The excuse they gave was that they do not check this app! We had to find another place last minute, which on NYE isn’t easy for a group of 5 people.
