Casa Boo is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom villa located in the Andalusian hamlet of La Parata nestled in the hillside above Mojacar Playa with stunning sea and hillside views.
The property is built on two levels and offers an open-plan lounge/dining room as well as a comfortable snug room with a day bed. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, and hob as well as a utility room.
From the main living area there is access to an incredible outside terrace which is perfect for relaxing, al fresco dining or just enjoying the enviable sea views. There is even a traditional-style brick barbecue.
There are two bedrooms both with double beds and each has doors that open out to Juliet balconies to enjoy more of the breathtaking views on offer.
Casa Boo has been very carefully styled combining both modern and traditional Andalusian touches giving a light and airy feel to the property perfect for a relaxing stay.
The property has a large communal pool and there is a great restaurant a couple of minutes walk away, Restaurante La Parata. The beaches, restaurants, bars and shops of Mojacar Playa are a 10-minute drive and the whitewashed Moorish village of Mojacar Pueblo is also a 10-minute drive.
