A disgrace of a rental unit with a uncooperative owner
We were highly disappointed by this rental unit and our overall stay. Throughout the stay, we had issues with heating the unit, working the boiler and getting hot water to shower. The drain in the master bath was clogged and flooded the bathroom and part of the master bedroom. Communication with the owner was lagging ( he took forever to get back to us). He promised to send a repair person to the unit. That person never came. Upon arrival, not enough towels for everyone in the group. The layout of the unit is also complicated ( not shown in the pictures on the Vrbo listing) - a kitchen all the way at the top of a thin winding staircase but without seating. You must bring your food to the second floor to eat.
