The villa is a contemporary property with an airy and natural decor. The strikingly white walls and the soft light fixtures create a peaceful atmosphere in the evening. The living room widely opens both onto the front terrace with a magnificent ocean view, and onto the back of the house where the gray stone wall and palm trees create a fresh and heavenly ambience. Furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, the living room is close to the well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and three high stools, decorated with romantic tiles. This cozy space opens onto the outside, unless you prefer to close off and air-condition it.
At the front of villa, you will discover a magnificent terrace with a heated swimming pool above the breathtaking ocean view. Lounge chairs with cushions are around the pool for pleasant sunbathing or reading in front of the panorama. Under the covered part of the terrace, there is a cozy living room with a soft sofa and an outdoor dining room for six guests for al fresco dinners. All around the villa, the lush vegetation creates an idyllic scenery in front of the ocean. Finally, on the side of the terrace, you will enjoy resting on the pleasant daybed protected by curtains in the mild ocean breeze.
