Small structure with a lift that overlooks the Lido dei Pini promenade. It is located close to Piazzale Zenith, just 150 meters from the sea.

The two-room apartment is ideal for 3/5 guests. It is located on the fourth floor. It consists of a living room with a renovated kitchen (large fridge) and two single sofa beds (they can be joined), a new bathroom with window and shower, a bedroom with double bed and single bed, a terrace and a shared uncovered parking space (not guaranteed).

-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
