The Villa is located in a quiet area of Bibione Pineda, at 350 metres from the sea and near the centre and the cycle-lane which binds Bibione Pineda to Bibione Spiaggia.

The four-room flat is ideal for up to 8 guests. With air conditioning, it is on the ground floor with a large fenced garden. It consists of living room with kitchenette, double bed sofa, interior fireplace, 2 bathrooms with shower box, double room, second bedroom with bunk bed, third bedroom with 2 single beds, uncovered parking place.

-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.

You can relax on the beach under an umbrella or practice many types of sports such as tennis, beach tennis and beach volleyball, as well as many water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, paraflying, water skiing and fishing.
