Our apartment belongs to a residence with 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, bars and a play area for children, 1 km from the beach.
The two-room apartment is ideal for 3/5 guests, equipped with air conditioning, located on the 1st floor and consists of a living room with renovated open kitchen and large double-door fridge, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a sofa bed for two people, a windowed bathroom with shower curtains, a covered terrace and a parking space.

°Not included - Mandatory > to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency:
-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.
-Final cleaning: 60eur> Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection.

°Not included - Optional: if you choose to purchase optional services/items, they are to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:
-Bed linen 10eur/person.
-Towels 10eur/person.
-Crib/Cot 35eur/week
-High chair 20eur/week
-1 private beach place: between 70 and 80 eur/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards)
