The two-room flat with air conditioning for 2/4 guests consists of living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with large fridge, microwave and dishwasher, double bedroom, windowed bathroom with shower cubicle and terrace with awning.

There is an armoured entrance door, TV, washing machine and covered parking space. The flat can be reached either by stairs or by lift.
