The villa is within walking distance of a bakery, restaurant and bar as well as a children's play area, tennis courts, and sports facilities. Guests can visit Carcassonne which is 40 minutes away by car as well as Minerve, Beziers, Narbonne, and various beaches which are all within an hour's drive. Guests can also embark on scenic hikes from the village centre and enjoy a private vineyard tour and wine tasting upon request.
