Welcome to our stunning villa (300metres from the sea) that boasts a captivating view of the swimming pool. This incredible property is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, silence and a dreamy view of the Stagnone lagoon, Isola Lunga and the Mothia island. The main living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a cozy double bedroom. Just a short distance away, discover four air-conditioned double bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom and private entrance. Outside, adjacent to the pool, you'll find a dedicated toilet and shower for exclusive use. Additionally, a barbecue area nearby awaits, providing the perfect setting for delightful gatherings with friends. The apartment features air conditioning, high speed Wifi, Sat-Tv, fan and 4 private parking places. A crib is also available upon request.
The property offers homemade/home-grown products and has recycling rules, more informations will be provided on site.
Internal pool cleaning is carried out once a week but if you like an extra cleaning service, this can be arranged with an additional cost.
