Seychelles Condominium has been an icon of the Daytona Condo scene. This 3/3 Condo is stunning in its presentation. Fully remodeled and decorated elegantly. Situated strategically on the NO Drive Beach, you are able to enjoy the oceanfront without the hassle and danger of moving vehicles. The beach is substantially less busy, and very private.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Condo #903, provides a stunning view of the entire beach, to the north and the south. A recent complete remodel was done wall to wall, where no expenses were spared to create a fully updated and chic environment. Including: wall-to-wall porcelain tile, all new bathrooms and luxuriously appointed furnishings. All new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Very comfortable furniture and all new mattresses in each bedroom. New Central A/C. Take a moment to view our photos, you will see what we are offering!

The owners assure you that this Condo is top-notch, and one of the finest Condos in the Seychelles Condominium. This is a non-smoking unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an array of additional small appliances on-site. A Washer and a Dryer are in the Laundry Room. Your hosts, Catherine and Greg Cordner will greet you upon arrival, to insure that your check-in is a smooth process.

RENTAL: Minimum stay is 14-Night. This unit is perfect for leasing long-term, as the unit is fully equipped. Flat Screen TVs are in each Bedroom, while the Living Room boasts a 70" Widescreen. Spectrum Cable is the service provider.

Amenities: This location is just north of Ponce Inlet and Restaurants, Bars, etc. It is also adjacent to the main bridge at Dunlawton, the key passage to the mainland, US-1 and just minutes I-95. Parking is secured in underground garage. Balcony Patios are the full width of the condo unit. A Hot-Tub is located on site as well as exercise gym. We are located about an hour from the Spacecoast, NASA, and 90 minutes to Disney, about an hour to Orlando. Daytona Speedway is just north 5 miles. New Smyrna Beach is 20 minutes South, Flagler Beach is 40 minutes North, St Augustine one hour.

Wonderful Condo

Beautiful 9th floor condo at Seychelles. This is a spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath unit with an incredible ocean front balcony. Pictures are accurate. The owners, Greg and Cathy are great. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect Retreat

This Seychelles condo was everything promised in the VRBO description and more. Greg, owner, greeted us at check-in. He gave us a complete tour of the Seychelles building, amenities and condo while explaining how to access the pool area, beach, and garage. The condo had more than ample closets and storage; thoughtfully equipped kitchen with glasses, dishes and cooking supplies; comfortable furnishings; and everything we needed for our stay. Sheltered underground parking was a bonus as was location on the no-drive beach. Communication with Cathy and Greg was excellent from pre-check-in, follow up by them after the beginning of our stay, and after we checked out. Would we book here again…absolutely!

Amazing views but appliances need to be updated.

Overall the property was as stated in the review. Beautiful views and we did enjoy our stay. That being said, we did have a problem with the A/C unit which was addressed right away. Also, with approximately 6 days left, the dishwasher and garbage disposal broke. We proceeded to reach out to the owner to have the issue addressed but due to the holidays they stated they could not find a repair company that could replace it before the end of our stay. We could understand this, but we only had the right half of a small sink to wash dishes for the whole family of 8. When we used the left side of the sink it would empty into the dishwasher and cause it to fill and overflow onto to the floor. After a day or two it was pretty putrid smelling. The concern I have is when I reached out to the owner to express how much of an inconvenience this was he offered nothing other than excuses of the holiday. The repairman that did look at the appliances stated they were too old to be repaired due to the age and they needed to be replaced . We asked for a later check out which should have been a given since we had to hand wash everything before we left and he agreed but we felt like more should have been done and it was not.

Pros: Unparalleled 180+ degree views of the Atlantic Ocean On no drive area of beach.... very quiet Easy access in all directions to area amenities Direct line of sight to launches at Cape Canaveral was incredible Underbuilding parking was very convenient Access to Club Room on 16th Floor was incredible, with sweeping vistas and excellent space Condo was spacious with enough room Cons: General maintenance poor Kitchen cabinets doors were loose Pantry door stuck consistently A lot of pet hair leftover from previous resident Vacuums were in disrepair - hard to clean One dining chairs was unusable - broken leg Master bed and Bedroom 3 queen beds were way past their prime. Need to be replaced. Living room Furniture was the most uncomfortable ever. Need to use multiple pillows just to stop from sinking in
