Dopo 10 anni si è confermata un'ottima scelta

Accogliente, fresca, spaziosa. Una comoda casa indipendente vicino sia agli scogli che alle spiagge più belle. Comoda l'aria condizionata indipendente in ciascuna camera, ottimo il bbq a disposizione così come la doccia esterna. Nessun via vai davanti a casa perché la via termina davanti alla casa. Siamo tornati dopo 10 anni e ora contiamo di non farne passare altri 10 prima di tornare. Un grazie a Roberto sempre disponibile.

La maison est bien aménagée et très propre, en bout de lotissement. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. Seul regret : L'extérieur est goudronné et manque de verdure.

Bellissima esperienza

Abbiamo soggiornato 15 giorni 7 adulti ed un gatto, in piena tranquillità, la casa si mostra come nelle foto adatta ad ospitare una famiglia numerosa oppure gruppi di amici, avendo due bagni e 3 camere da letto dotate di aria condizionata ideale per la notte, la casa si trova in paese tranquillo e puoi facilmente raggiungere le mete preferite basti pensare che per arrivare a Gallipoli ci voglio 10 minuti, oppure le “famose Maldive del Salento” distanti 15km da casa, l’unica pecca di tutto questo benessere è la totale mancanza di copertura telefonica ed internet all’interno della casa.

In die Jahre gekommen

Leicht altmodische Einrichtung. Matratzen durchgelegen. Sehr knappe Ausstattung an Gartenmöbeln und Küchenutensilien. Schimmel im Aufgang zur Dachterasse. Strand in Hausnähe sehr steinig und direkt an der der Uferstrasse. Schöner Sandstrand in Torre San Giovanni in 15min per Auto zu erreichen. Wenig Restaurants in Fußnähe.

bella vacanza rilassante

Ad agosto siamo stati due settimane in questa casa. Abbiamo apprezzato numerose cose, prima fra tutte la disponibilità dei proprietari, la pace e il silenzio ( ad agosto e in Salento non è da poco ), la conformità della casa rispetto alla descrizione, l'aria condizionata indipendente nelle tre stanze. È stata una meravigliosa vacanza anche perché la posizione è ottima; Otranto Lecce Gallipoli Leuca si raggiungono davvero in poco tempo. I paesi vicini offrono sagre, negozi e divertimento mentre Posto Rosso è un piccolo paese silenzioso...ma noi eravamo ben contenti di trovare il silenzio ad accoglierci la sera! Speriamo di tornarci!

A true Italian experience

If your looking for a peaceful location in an outstanding position by the sea ,then this villa has it all . It is comfortable and well presented and has all the services you need eg well equipped kitchen , air con to all bedrooms ,and electric shutters to all windows for your security and keeping the villa cool on those hot days .. ! There is a roof terrace which over looks the sea and is grate for relaxing or taking an early evening drink and watching the sun set over the sea . There are local shops and resturants which you can order takeaway food if you wish , within walking distance and a local beach a 10min bike ride away or x5mins in a car . The main town and beach are x15mins away . There are plenty of bars and shops including a supermarket , so easy to stock up !! and the beach is magnificent where you are able to get refreshments if you are spending the day . Found it easy to navigate the roads and there are several of places of interest within an hours drive away from the villa ,making your holiday as interesting or relaxing as you want . Still so much to see and do ,. I will be re-booking again this year .and would recommend for couples , families and groups of friends .We went later in the season and the weather was still lovely and warm in October !

Fantastic place for chillin .........

If you wanna a fantastic place to chill , this is the place to go !!!!! . No english t.v , No english fags , , No English papers , n No English speakin people.... Lovely .... The villa is situated in a quiet situation by the sea but all shops n eatries close by n within walking distance ... !! A bike ride away is the beach x10mins and the main town n beach x15 mins away ... The villa is comfortable and it has all the facilities you need ... eg air con ,electronic blinds to all windows , fresh bedding n linen and the shops and restaurants not too far away ... If you have car hire ,, the world is your oyster !!! Just lovin the southern part of Italy n little unknown at this time ... Everything is accessible on a push bike , the roads are flat and run along the sea front , what a glourious ride !! Just get out there !!! n experience for yourselves .... Will be going again ... I think this price we paid was well worth it ,, just for the true Italian experience ... Luv , Luv Luv xx

For the perfect allround holiday!

I was instantly excited about my stay here as it was my first time to Italy and I was looking forward to stay in a traditional part of the country that was not over ran by tourists, this was exactly what I got. After a pleasant drive down from the airport the sat nav had told me I had reached my destination which took me down a private road, this was perfect as there was no traffic!! My first impression of the villa was very impressive as it was a good size and everything was in good condition including the surrounding gardens. Inside was just as pleasing, it was all very clean spacious and equipped with everything I would need for my stay. There was a choice of three bedrooms which were all equally as charming and very clean! After unpacking and exploring the villa including the amazing views from the roof top, it was time to take a wonder round the area and see the local town of San Giovanni. Not even two minutes into my walk I came across a lovely restaurant called La Cisternella which turned out to be my favourite place to eat! Further on I was surprised to see how many little restaurants and bars there were tucked away on the way down. When I arrived I instantly knew I was going to love this town, even though it was dusk it was bustling with families and young couples with market stalls along the coastal path with food vans and a variety of bars and restaurants As well as the sea side town of San Giovanni with a never ending sprawling beach of golden sands and water front bars, there was also many other places of interest to visit in the surrounding areas. Some of my favourite places in particular was, Gallipoli which takes approximately 30 minutes to get to and showcases some great shops to look round and some lovely restaurants to choose from and a harbour to walk round with market stalls and fish market. Otranto was as an enchanting town to visit, taking about an hour to get to but well worth the visit! Set by the sea this walled city has plenty of unusual shops and amazing places to eat. Another seaside destination I would recommend is Saint Maria D’leuca which is at the peninsula of the country and offers fabulous views at the top of a church which has even been visited by the pope!!

A little bit of Italy :)

Such good value for money set in a local tranquil surrounding, for a couple or a family with total security and peace of mind of outside shutters, easy to rent a car to visit local beautiful white sandy beaches or to rent bikes. Lots of places to visit with great history or local bars/restaurants. Friendly people and beautiful little unusual shops in the town. This is perfect to see real Italy :)

We recommend renting this villa as it gives you luxury of getting away from the hustle and bustle, especially during August. After a long day sightseeing or on the beach you can sit out in the evenings with a glass of the local wine. Children can play safely as the road is private.
