14 Coedrath Park consists of a open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area with a TV, dining table, electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. The bedrooms include a double room and a family room with a double and single, serviced by a separate bathroom. Outside, there is a private side patio through sliding patio doors and an allocated off-road parking space for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop, pub and beach within 0.3 miles. 14 Coedrath Park is the perfect coastal holiday home. Note: The patio is not enclosed, please supervise pets and children when outside. Note: There are steps between patio and lawn, please take care. Note: Electric car charging is prohibited; car charging points are available in the nearby Regency Hall car park. Note: Highchair & Cot at the property
