Stagecoach Springs is nestled on a secluded wooded 200 acres, with creeks, waterfalls, and a pond, this home is truly a place to escape it all. Start your day with coffee on the back patio and listen to the small waterfall behind the house.
The house consist of a master bedroom with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom with two single beds. The home also has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sitting room, and two bathroom's. The master bath has a tub and a standup shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tub only. Please do not go upstairs, for it is only used for storage space. There is a covered front and back porch with sitting areas.
We have another home located on the land that is not occupied, but you are welcome to sit on the front porch and relax on the swings. There is 200 acres of land you are free to explore but do not cross over any fences to surrounding neighbors property.
This location is made for those who love the outdoors and want to escape the busy life. We do have dish network for shows and movies. We got wifi back and working! So there is wifi at our property.
We do have a landline if needed. Cell service can be spotty depending on carrier.
The pond is not stocked with fish. There is a great fishing spot at Old Stone Fort park though, and only 10mins from our house!
House comes with one toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel, two trash bags, and two dish pods. It’s guest responsibility for any additional supplies.
We do not allow parties or events at this location. Only guest that are staying at the property.
There is plenty of hiking spots surrounding the area such as: Old Stone Fort Park (5 miles), Short Springs Natural Area (11 miles), South Cumberland State Park (34 miles), Rock Island State Park (45 miles), Savage Gulf Natural Area State Park (47 miles), Fall Creek Falls (65 miles), or Tim's Ford lake (27 miles). Stagecoach Springs even has some hiking trails on the land with plenty to explore.
The city of Manchester, home to the well known festival of Bonnaroo, is only 10 mins away. Want to relax after all the hiking, stop by and sample some wine at Beans Creek Winery. Also while in town stop by Jiffy Burger and have their tasty burger that has won Tennessee Magazine’s Readers Choice Award for Best Burger in Middle Tennessee. Want to taste some TN whiskey, go visit George Dickel Distillery (11 miles away) or Jack Daniel's Distillery in Lynchburg (35 miles away).
