Our Guest House,  Fuori dal Porto , is ideally located just 400 meters from the port and the shuttle buses that take you to the cruise and ferry terminals. Situated on the 2nd floor ( please note, there is no elevator access ), our property offers four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and stunning views overlooking the port and sea.
Guests can also enjoy a large and inviting common area, perfect for making yourself a coffee or tea, or storing your food in the fridge. The tap water is completely safe to drink, as we use a specialized purification system.
Whether you're embarking or disembarking from a cruise, taking a ferry, or simply looking for a comfortable and convenient base to explore the city and its surroundings, Fuori dal Porto is the perfect choice. The location is ideal, with a variety of restaurants nearby serving delicious local cuisine, as well as numerous shops if you’re in the mood for some shopping. 📍 Arrival Instructions
1️⃣ Ring the Doorbell
Press the doorbell marked "Guest House" and wait for the door to open.
2️⃣ Enter the Building
To your right , you will find the light switch .
3️⃣ Take the Stairs to the 2nd Floor
Please note, there is no elevator access .
4️⃣ Enter the Apartment
At the 2nd floor , locate the keypad next to the apartment door .
👉 Enter the code provided to unlock the door.
5️⃣ Locate Your Room
Find your room number and locate the keypad next to your room door .
👉 Enter the same code to unlock your room.
6️⃣ Activate Electricity
Inside your room, insert the keycard into the power slot to activate electricity.
From now on, you can use the keycard to open both the apartment and your room by simply tapping it on the keypad .
