Treestone Villa is an opulent self-catering home designed for luxury living, from its architecture to fine decor. This holiday home is close to Hermanus Golf Course and the Fernkloof Nature Reserve, and guests can enjoy mountain views as well as distant sea views from the property. Easy access to the nearby mountain trails for hiking and swimming in the dams, and a short walk to the coastal paths, makes this location perfect for outdoor guests loving the peace and quiet of nature.

The multi-storey house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. All three rooms are upstairs, with the main bedroom containing a king-size bed and beautiful en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom comprises a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The third bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining and TV lounge area with wood-fired fireplace and guest bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, full fridge and fridge/freezer combination, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, ice maker and cleaning materials. The scullery is also equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer.

The lounge area exits onto a splendid patio area featuring a lap pool and carefully maintained garden with fruit trees all around. Outdoor wood-and gas-fired braai/BBQ facilities, an alfresco 10 seater outside table, and outdoor lounging area complete the guest experience.

The TV has Netflix functionality and guests are encouraged to do their own DSTV streaming. Various balconies with stunning views present opportunities for entertainment and relaxation. Secure parking is available for multiple cars. Reliable fibre WiFi allow for longer stays and work-from-home opportunities. An inverter/solar power back-up system ensures reliable electricity supply to lights, fridges, alarm, tv and WiFi.
