Burton is located 11 miles (18 km) south-west of Derby, 27 miles (43 km) north-west of Leicester, 28 miles (45 km) west-south-west of Nottingham and 20 miles (32 km) south of the southern entrance to the Peak District National Park.
This unique property boasts a spacious layout with two well furnished bedrooms capable of hosting 4 guests in total with a spacious living room capable of hosting 2 guests via the expanding double sofa bed in the living room.
The modern kitchen has all the features you'd expect for a relaxing self contained stay including full cutlery, oven, microwave and coffee making facilities. In addition there is a small breakfast bar area which can be used to eat from.
The bathroom includes a shower aswell as a bath alongside all the amenities you'd expect for a comfortable relaxing stay.
There is space in the hallway to store coats and anti work kit whilst all bedrooms having storage facilities for your clothes
