This wonderful 2 bed penthouse apartment in the popular complex of Port Royale, offers high quality accommodation and stunning views from the sunny balcony. It can sleep up to 4 guests with 1 double bedroom with super king size bed and en-suite, and 1 x twin bedded room. Equipped with lovely white cotton sheets and towels.
Enjoy the lovely sunny balcony & wonderful panoramic views of the sea, harbour & even Mt Teide.
It is a 15min stroll to the beach and a 3min walk to supermarket.
The owner has a nominated person who will manage your bed linen and towels etc
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)
It is a 5 min walk to more bars, restaurants and Centro Commercial Passarella Oasis shopping centre which has shops, bars & occasional entertainment. On site is an Italian Restaurant.
Also from here you can get the free bus to Siam water park (one of the best in the world) and Siam shopping mall .
The popular Port Royale complex has a lovely Heated Pool & free sun beds.
The apartment is very well equipped with fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine and washing machine.
Excellent WIFI & TV with 150 channels including all the normal UK ones.
It has an En-suite to master bedroom which boasts an emperor size bed & there is also a family bathroom.
20 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Being a penthouse we suggest that it is suitable for adults only.
Please note there are 2 x flights of steps to the apartment.
The apartment is very well equipped with fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine and washing machine.
Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
