Chayofa is an upmarket area on the outskirts of Los Cristianos with some high quality restaurants. A supermarket is within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.
The complex is located right next door to the Tennis centre.
Literally 5 minutes by car you'll reach Los Cristianos and Las Americas with both its beaches, shops and nightlife.

The apartment is very well furnished.
The kitchen provides an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine.
The spacious living area lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa / sofa bed and a TV with 100s of international TV stations including sport and all the normal UK channels.
There is a ceiling fan.
Patio doors lead to the large terrace.
Fast wi-fi is provided!
The main Bedroom has a comfortable king size bed - ideal for a great nights sleep!
The modern bathroom contains an LED mirror, toilet, bidet and lovely walk-in shower.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
