‘Hay loft’ @ Old Walls is a recently converted and unique self contained 1 bedroom apart/flat with views of the River Severn. Within short walking distance of the the historic riverside town of Upton-upon-Severn, the property has easy access to lots of walks as well as being a great base for exploring the Malverns, Bredon, Worcester, Cheltenham and the Cotswolds.
The space
We have recently converted the old hayloft for the cow shed next door into a unique 1 bedroom apartment/flat with original features and lovely oak beams. A sofa bed in the sitting area enables it to sleep a family of 4 as required (note this is open plan and not a separate room).
Inside: Entrance downstairs into a fully equipped galley kitchen, cupboard area with washing machine/tumble drier and bathroom with shower. Upstairs to an open plan living area with large sofa bed and bedroom with double bed and views over the River Severn and “the Ham”.
Outside: use of an outside seating area with table and swing seat with beautiful views of the river and direct access to the Worcestershire Way in front of the property.
Guest access
Access is via key safe and there is space for 1 car directly in front of “Old Walls”. 2 minute walk to local pubs in Upton upon Severn.
Postcode is WR80JD and sometimes the Satnavs take you to the Swan Inn. If so head for Dunns Lane, keep going through access only signs along the lane, we are the last house on the right before the “Ham”. Main property is called “Old Walls”.
