Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed - Bedroom 2: 120 cm bed - Bedroom 3: 140 cm bed) - Bathroom - Separate WC - Solarium for bedrooms 2 & 3.

- 4 x 7 swimming pool protected by a fixed barrier. It is maintained by a professional. You will be the users.

The location of the house is ideal for a relaxing holiday. It is close to the center of the Provencal village of Carqueiranne (300m). The beaches and the small fishing port are 400m away. You will find many shops and restaurants both in the village and on the port. No need to have a car because of the proximity of services: bus stop every 30mn at 200m line 39 Toulon-Hyères, SNCF Hyères station at 8km and Toulon at 14km, Toulon-Hyères airport at 9km.
If you have a car, you can park it inside the garden according to your needs.
