6 person holiday home in Ucklum-By Traum

Welcome to Ucklum - a peaceful oasis just 7km from Stenungssund and within easy reach of the coastal islands of Tjörn and Orust. The area offers many different swimming opportunities, from quiet lakes to salty sea bathing. The plot, which is oblong, is surrounded by forest and farmland. The apartment is located right at the entrance to the property and behind the owner's house the path leads down to the Stora Hällungen lake. From the lake, a stream runs through parts of the grounds and creates a magical atmosphere during the summer months. Down here, 10 m from the water is part of the accommodation. 2-3 beds are placed in a cozy cottage of a simpler character. The entrance has a glazed part where breakfast can be taken with a beautiful view. The cabin has a small kitchenette, living room with a sofa bed and a single bed in a separate room. A smaller stove to burn in spreads heat and increases the cozy factor in the cabin. In the building next to the cottage there is an incinerator toilet and a wash basin. A place in the middle of nature surrounded by birdsong and greenery – a place for recovery. Down by the water there is a shared sauna that can be booked free of charge once per week. (a´3h) The apartment has a spacious kitchen with dining table, a living room with access to a small balcony in a sheltered location. Two bedrooms, one smaller with a bunk bed for the younger ones in the party, the other has a 140 cm wide bed. Toilet with shower and patio. A fireplace is available for cool evenings. The owner sells fishing licenses for the lake and some fishing equipment is available to borrow and rowing boat to rent. A perfect accommodation for the group that wants to explore the forest and land. A good starting point for the group that wants to go on an adventure on the islands or go shopping in Stenungsund.
