Located in the Playas del Sur residential complex, about 600 metres from Las Marinas - Bolaga beach and close to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, with a communal swimming pool and children's pool (open all year round), children's playground, and extensive landscaped areas for children to have fun and enjoy the outdoors. Additionally, you'll have access to a free parking space within the residential complex for your convenience.
Visit Vera Playa and discover nearby towns such as Garrucha, Villaricos, and Mojácar. The Cabo de Gata-Níjar Natural Park and Mini Hollywood theme park are less than 1 hour by car.
IMPORTANT: Reasonable electricity consumption up to 15 kWh/day is included. Excess will be charged separately. In case of monthly rental during the off-season with a discount, electricity is not included. 1 pet/booking is allowed (with supplement). Youth groups are not accepted. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
