Underfloor heating, TV, air conditioning, balcony and elevator. Possibility of free parking in the street near the house. Train and bus station at 10 minutes walk. Bank, post office, stores, pizzerias and restaurants within a few meters. Park and swimming pool, tennis courts in the neighbourhood. Golf course 35 minutes away by car. Bicycle and pedestrian path along Savena creek. From train station you can reach Bologna in 15 mins, Prato 50 mins, Florence 1 hr 30.
