The space:
A modern & spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa making the perfect holiday retreat for up to 4 guests.
The welcoming living room has a floor-to-ceiling picture frame window offering breathtaking views.
There is a large screen, smart TV & WiFi so you can login to your online streaming accounts or simply sit back in the comfy seating and take in those stunning views and sunsets.
The sleek, modern kitchen has everything needed to create breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There's an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and a Nespresso coffee maker.
The spacious master suite has a large super-kingsize bed, built-in wardrobes and access to a private terrace with fabulous views. The bathroom has double sinks and a large walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be pushed together if required. Just let us know your preference. The ensuite includes a W.C. sink and shower.
Air-conditioning keeps you cool even on the hottest summer days, as does a dip in the private pool.
The villa and tranquil gardens offer a range of outdoor areas. There are places to dine, cosy spots to read a book, and terraces to enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Talking of which you'll be able to top up your tan whilst relaxing around the Ibizan-style swimming pool.
A car is essential, access is very easy and the villa has a private, gated driveway.

The Area:
Our villa is located on the hillside overlooking the historic town of Almuñécar on the Costa Tropical.
A car is essential to enjoy your stay. Access from the main road is easy and it's only a short drive to the beaches, restaurants and stores in town. Free parking is available.
As the name suggests, the surrounding area is famous for its mango, orange, lemon, fig, almond and olive trees.
A 5-minute drive brings you into Almuñécar town centre which has supermarkets for groceries, 19km of beaches to explore and lots of great restaurants to enjoy tasty tapas. There is also a lovely restaurant in walking distance.
The area is very popular with water sports enthusiasts and also cyclists, hikers, para-gliders and foodies!
A range of water sports and boat trips can be found along the beaches and also from Marina del Este. Diving is very popular and it's common to see Dolphins along this coast.
The nearest golf course (Los Moriscos) is at Playa Granada next to the nearby town of Salobrena.
This is a great base from which to explore the wider region. From the traditional white Andalucian villages to the spectacular Alhambra Palace in Granada City and the surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains.

Guest access:
Guest enjoy private access to the property for the duration of their stay. Our gardener visits twice per week to look after the gardens and pool. He does not need access inside the villa.
Other things to note:
If you have any questions or special requirements please message us before booking and we'll do our very best to assist.
The swimming pool is available all year round but the hot tub is not for guest use. There are steps down into the pool. The pool is not gated and there isn't a shallow-end so parents should always supervise children.
There is a smart TV so you can login into your favourite streaming account for example your Netflix or Amazon Prime. Don't forget to logout on departure.
The rental price includes up to 100kWh of electricity per 24hrs which is way more than ample for 4 guests at normal usage. For very heavy users above this limit, a fee of 10 euros per day will be charged at check-out (This is very rare). A meter reading will be taken at check-in and checkout.
