The property is less than 5 minutes walk to local supermarkets and the Pasarella Commercial Centre incorporating the popular 'Barcelona style' La Pepa food market as well as a host of other local bars and restaurants nearby.
It is within easy reach of local transport including the main Los Cristianos Bus Station which is approximately 1km away.
