My place is overlooking the beach, great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, close to downtown with free two car parking. You’ll love my place because of the location, the people, the ambiance, and the neighborhood. My place is great vacation spot for couples and families (with kids). Stocked with kitchen needs, linens, games, books, and DVDs. Location of condo makes it easy to walk to beach without crossing any roads. Pool area has two free grills for your grill-outs.

A Perfect Holiday!

Our week was just perfect! Joan was an excellent communicator, accommodating last minute requests and checking in to make sure our needs were met. So incredibly thoughtful! The condo was exactly as described/pictured. The pool area was resort like and all interactions were positive when on the property. I look forward to a return visit! Thank you for hosting us!

Sea Glass

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at the Sea Glass was. The condo was equipped with everything we could have possibly needed for our stay. Beach towels, beach chairs sand toys and a kitchen that had anything we could have needed.The decor was beautiful and we never got tired of the sun rise views. The complex was also in the perfect location for walks to some of the local restaurants. We can’t wait to come back.

The owners could not have been more responsive to what we needed. We had trouble with the tv remote at first, but Chad made a special trip in the rain to fix the problem. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The location of the unit is ideal with easy access to local restaurants, grocery, etc. Would love to stay again.

This is a great option for a family of four. Great space for us all to enjoy along with the ocean view! The host was very accommodating and thoughtful about making our stay most enjoyable. Definitely worth the splurge to stay!

Seaglass

The Seaglass at The Pelican is a beautiful oceanfront property. It is updated and clean. The owner shows pride in the condo and went above to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY

Please let me tell you about Sea Glass in New Smyrna Beach. It was more than described in the listing; if there was a 10 or more, I would rate that. The condo is beautiful. Everything we needed was provided and let me tell you about the king size bed; heaven in a bed. The view is spectacular right from your condo and the pool is warm. I could have stayed there forever and been very happy. Unfortunately, I left some clothes there and the owner sent them back to me. Who does that!! AND, you are close to town. If one has an occasion to stay in NSB, please consider this condo. It is heaven in a building. Thank you Jan for allowing us to rent this condo and providing us with the best memories. Barb Salvia

Beautiful inside and out 💙

I can only say wonderful things about our stay. The condo was beautiful inside. Decorated beautifully, very homey and comfortable. Jan provided everything we needed and then some. She had everything organized, clean and easy to find. We had beautiful views of the ocean and the pools and the property was so well kept. Our week went much to quickly, but we had a wonderful, relaxing, much needed stay at our favorite beach. Jan was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back.

Great location, beautiful private pool with gated beach access. This condo has everything!

We love this location with magnificent views. This is our third or fourth time staying here and look forward to it .The weather wasn’t the best but we took advantage of New Smyrna shops, outlets and Third Wave restaurant is a must go to.. Such a great fun place to relax.

Just Great!

Great well appointed condo. Jan has thought about everything and was easy to communicate with. Great modern contemporary style and super comfy master bed (didn't try the twin room). Great beachside location and two pools (one heated). The Pelican is a nice family friendly property. We visited over Easter, when many guests were family groups with young children. We love New Smyrna Beach and had a great stay in Sea Glass condo.

Perfect stay at Sea Glass!

Our stay at Sea Glass was perfect! The condo is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. We appreciated how clean, organized and well supplied it was. We had everything we needed for wonderful, relaxing month there. Jan’s condo notebook and all her correspondences were so clear and helpful. That sure made moving in a breeze! We loved the big open living space and view out over the pool to the beach and ocean. Sunrises were spectacular. Pelican perfect

Our property owner host was extremely helpful and available. This is a very nice 3rd floor, 2 bedroom condo. We loved the sunrise water view from the balcony. Unit overlooks the heated pool and ocean beyond. Convenient parking and elevator access. This is a well maintained property.

We loved our stay at the condo. Really clean and comfortable furnishings. Very stylish too. Beautiful view of the ocean. It was so nice to see the pool cleaned daily. The property was also very clean and tidy. Well taken care of. We will rent again for sure.

Great Stay at the Seaglass!

Jan an Chad have a beautifully appointed and clean condo. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in and felt like we were at home which made our 2 week stay that much more enjoyable. We live for the sun, ocean and beach and weren't disappointed. As an all around vacation spot, this is it!

I have always loved my summers at the Jersey Shore. Now that I am a beach condo owner, I want to provide all my guests with a comfortable "home away from home" during their vacation at what I consider the best condo complex in New Smyrna Beach.

Why they chose this property

Our space is unique with 22 foot sliding glass window over looking the beach and pool for spectacular sunrises. Recently renovated for comfort and relaxation. The vibe of the condo is coastal living with modern upgrades. New stainless steel appliances, cabinetry, and quartz countertops. Comfy pillow top for a comfortable night sleep. Space under guest bed for efficient storage of suitcases.

What makes this property unique

The wide view from the condo's balcony of the pool and beach was what hooked me into buying at the Pelican. I never get tired of that view and just sitting on the balcony with my coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night.
