You can live with us in a fully modernized venerable captain's house, enjoy the peace of the park road and use the cheap location to the beach. We offer you the independence of a holiday apartment combined with the comfort you do not want to do without. Access to the apartment is via an external staircase. You can reach the apartment via the subsequent spacious and west -oriented roof terrace. The apartment is on the upper floor of the extension. A spacious, light-flooded room with sleeping, living and cooking area. Afterwards there is a modern bathroom with shower/bathtub and toilet.
