House with sea view and private parking in Tías

The property has a parking lot, accessed through a remote-controlled gate.
The house has a bedroom with a double bed and an additional room with a working and reading corner. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. There is also a comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower, a well-equipped kitchen, and a living and dining room with a large-screen television and Wi-Fi connection. The laundry room opens onto the ocean-view terrace. To enjoy the surrounding panorama, the house also has another large terrace with a magnificent view of the volcanoes.

The property is in excellent condition and has undergone several renovations over the past years.

The best beaches in the nearby town of Puerto del Carmen can be reached by car in 6 minutes. Along the coast, there are many kilometers of bicycle and walking paths, as well as an extensive line of restaurants, shopping places, and other services.

In addition, a grill restaurant awaits you at home, under your accommodation, every day (except Wednesdays) from 19:00 to 23:00, where you can enjoy excellent hamburgers, nachos, and grilled meats.
A grocery store, pharmacy, and several local restaurants are found a few minutes' walk from the property.
