Come enjoy the Arizona sun in this beautiful and newly refurbished home in San Tan Valley. This comfortable home in a quiet and safe neighborhood offers many amenities such as vaulted ceilings for a spacious feel. Newly installed porcelain tile throughout the home. There are also wood shutters and faux blinds throughout. Quiet ceiling fans are in the family room and bedrooms. Apple TV is included.The well appointed kitchen has an island and a walk-in pantry with lots of storage space. The large master bedroom has a convenient walk-in closet. The master bath has double sinks and an oversized tub with a window overlooking the private backyard. The lush back yard with a fountain is filled with various palms, peach, orange, grapefruit, pomegranate, fig, as well as other mature trees and flowering plants. Located close to everything yet very private. Mesa National Park, many hiking trails, bicycling and mountain biking, world class golf courses,Horseback riding, and ATV riding are just a few activities available. This home is close to the Mesa Gateway airport and groceries are just 5 minutes away.
