It has two bedrooms; one with double bed of 150 and another with two single beds of 105, there is a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, living room with air conditioning / heating (1 € = 3 hours), Wifi, TV, single sofa bed, dining area and private terrace with outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay (refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine,...).



There is a surveillance camera at the entrance for guest control, it is deactivated during the stay.



This property´s parking is public. It is located in a private urbanization with communal pool and only 200 meters from the beach of Rincon de la Victoria, with all kinds of stores nearby; bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, ....

There are places of interest to visit, such as the cave of the Treasure, Torres Almenaras, Archaeological Park, Villa Antiopa, Cantal Tunnels, .....
