Bedroom Two - With bold decoration, there are two comfortable individual beds, bedside lighting, plenty of wardrobe space and a small desk area to study or work form home.

The main living area is zoned into relaxing, dining and eating.

The bright lounge/ diner is a great space to enjoy a meal together and relax after a long day. A designer sofa, flat screen TV and coffee are also provided. Local artworks adorn the walls with pops of colour.

The private terrace is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or relax with a book in the sun, with views towards the sea its the ideal space to make the most of warm evenings and sunny days.

We know you'll enjoy living in the excellent loft style apartment just minutes from the beach and surrounded by local amenities.

We can also offer baby items if required, just ask us upon booking.

The entire apartment is yours for the duration of your stay. The roof terrace is shared with neighbours, but rarely used. We provide loungers for relaxing and sunbathing.

We'll be there to welcome you and check you in. After that we'll be available 24/7 in case of emergency and available via Airbnb message for any other questions.

Besos de Mar is a tranquil and pleasant residential neighbourhood, ideally situated close to the beach and along the river of Besos.

There is a fantastic shopping centre nearby with many local and international brands and a great hyper market for food shopping and households amenities.

- Sant Adria de Besos is very well served by public transport both to and from the city centre, the Fira Exhibition Halls, Airport & Train Stations.

- From the Airport the most efficient way to reach the apartment is by train Rn2 - It takes around 40 Minutes and costs around 3 EUR.

- A taxi door to door will cost around 35 EUR and takes just 20 Minutes.

- The centre of the city is easily reached by Metro and takes around 20 minutes to Placa Catalunya. A taxi will cost around 12 EUR and takes just 10 minutes. And the train take just 22 minutes.

- To the FIRA for the MWC the journey time is around 22 Minutes by metro and costs 3 EUR or 12 minutes in a Barcelona taxi and costs around 12 EUR.

- Parking is plentiful in the neighbourhood. With FREE street parking and a large FREE car park just 50m form the apartment, parking is done on a first come first served basis

- You may also park in the bays marked with a blue line and pay per hour at the parking machine or download the APP ‘Smou’ to pay online.

- For stays of 30 days or more, you agree to cover the monthly cost of utility bills (150 EUR) anything over that amount will be charged for. This has never happened and responsible use is expected.
