The property is located in a beautiful location. Andre was very prompt with checking us in but it was difficult communicating with him as he does not speak English, and we don't speak French.

Mr. Albertini tried very hard to explain things to us on the first day. Even though he barely speaks English, I could understand everything. He then also pointed out to us that if we left the rooms clean, he would not charge a cleaning fee of €50. But this wasn't a problem for us. Maybe we will book this apartment again next time, the good thing is the central location.

Un très bon séjour

Appartement confortable, propre et fonctionnel, très bien équipé. Très bien situé avec une terrasse extérieure et proximité de la plage et de la gare pour se déplacer dans la région sans utiliser sa voiture (place de parking fermée à disposition). Très bon accueil de la part de l’hôte. Précision importante : la location du linge et le ménage de fin de séjour sont à régler directement sur place.

Le top !

Ce fut un fabuleux séjour pour notre famille (2 parents et 2 filles de 20 ans). Et l'appartement y a fortement contribué. Selon nos critères, il cochait toutes les cases. Proximité de la gare de Villeneuve-Loubet-Plage ainsi que de la plage (env. 10 mn à pied), équipement de l'appartement très bien pensé (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, four micro-ondes, ustensiles cuisine en excellent état, clim très précieuse sous des températures caniculaires, exposition à l'est donc balcon à l'ombre tout l'après-midi, etc...). Rajoutons à cela l'accueil de Monsieur Albertini qui fut très convivial (merci à Madame également pour la mise à disposition du linge de maison). C'est un appartement que nous recommandons à 100%.

Anfangs etwas holprig...dann toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet (Spülmaschine,Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien,Klimaanlage etc.) Andre war sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und hat Fehler in der Anzeige , soweit möglich, umgehend korrigiert. Bettwäsche wurde nachgeliefert und das fehlende Internet haben wir nicht vermisst. Wir würden diese Wohnung auch ein zweites Mal buchen :-)

Séjour agréable

Appartement bien situé, calme, à 10 mins à pied de la plage et supermarché. Bien équipé, tout comfort avec climatisation, agréable balcon où on peut manger, et en plus une place de parking sous-sol. Dommage que la lave vaisselle a tombé en panne en arrivant, mais le propriétaire nous a remboursé 50€ pour l'inconvenience qu'on a bien apprécié. À recommander.

Très bonne adresse.

Très bon accueil de M.Albertini et de bon conseil pour découvrir la région. L'appartement est très propre et vraiment bien équipé. On s'y sent bien! La résidence est sécurisée avec une place de parking en sous-sol, ce qui est très rare. Tout près de la plage, des commerces (supermarchés, boulangerie, presse...) Tout pour passer un très agréable séjour.

André, notre hôte était flexible et disponible. L'appartement est bien exposé pour profiter de la terasse, lors des fortes chaleurs, et est proche de la gare, ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons pris la voiture qu'une seule fois en 15 jours.

Le logement répond à toutes nos attentes (situation, commodités, …). Le garage sécurisé est un plus.

Mr Albertini , propriétaire soucieux et disponible envers ses locataires. Bel appartement avec toutes commodités(lave vaisselle, machine à lessiver, produits de base,livres à disposition, documentation sites à visiter, horaires bus/train). Le plus pour votre séjour, les vélos très appréciables, il y a de belles pistes cyclables. Les plages à proximité du logement. Beaucoup de petits villages dans les terres à découvrir avec leur resto. Excellentes vacances 😀👍

Vacances en famille proche de la mer

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement de quartier résidentiel, le gros plus du bien est son balcon confortable avec vue sur la mer 👌. La balade de 600m pour se rendre à la plage est très agréable avec un supermarché Intermarché à mi-chemin pour faire vos courses au jour le jour. Le cadre est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances à la mer en famille 👍

Tolle zentral gelegene Wohnung an der Cote d' Azur / Grand appartement situé sur la côte d 'Azur

Nos premières vacances sur la Côte d'Azur étaient fantastiques. L'appartement est proche de la mer. C'était propre et bien équipé pour une location de vacances. Avec une chambre et un canapé-lit dans le salon, il pouvait accueillir deux adultes et deux enfants. Le petit déjeuner sur le balcon offrait une vue directe sur la mer. La lessive peut être lavée dans la machine à laver. Et la voiture était en sécurité dans son propre parking souterrain. La climatisation existante a refroidi les températures chaudes. Le propriétaire est très gentil et serviable et nous reviendrons. Merci pour ces belles vacances. Salutations d'Allemagne ******************************************************** Unser erster Urlaub an der Cote d´Azur war traumhaft. Das Appartement liegt in der Nähe zum Meer. Es war sauber und gut ausgestattet für eine Urlaubsunterkunft. Mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer, bot es genügend Platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon hatte man einen direkten Blick auf das Meer. Wäsche konnte in der eigenen Waschmaschine gewaschen werden. Und das Auto stand sicher in der eigenen Tiefgarage. Die vorhandene Klimaanlage bot eine Abkühlung zu den heißen Temperaturen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für die schönen Ferien. Gruß aus Deutschland

appartamento molto carino e funzionale con un bel terrazzo

ci siamo trovato molto bene sia come appartamento che come città. mia figlia è disabile e non ci sono barriere architettoniche, anche le spiagge sono ben organizzate, con posti riservati con passerelle fino a due metri dal bagnasciuga e con carrozzine che ti danno la possibilità di raggiungere il mare senza difficoltà.
