About this property

Puffin View - North Wales Sea View Apartment, Perfect for Couples

The space at Puffin View - so-named, for it's views out towards Puffin Island - is charming and comfortable.

A split-level apartment designed for a couple, the lounge has exceptional bay views. You have all the basic mod cons such as a smart TV, Wi-Fi and views stretch out over the wide promenade and beach towards Puffin Island, where you can also spot Anglesey and the Great Orme at Llandudno.

There is a kitchen-diner, just off the living area on the first floor, which is perfect for cooking meals or preparing hearty breakfasts to set yourselves up for a day of exploration, heading off to explore the coastal spoils or nearby towns and attractions. For outdoor explorers who like walking or hiking, this is the perfect space as the coastal path passes less than 100 yds from the door.

Designed and presented for couple, there is a spacious double bedroom and bathroom which are both found on the ground floor. To make the most of the space as a truly self-contained apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen which facilities include an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher.

Off-road parking for one car is included at this property.

There is also a two bedroom apartment available to let in same building (Orme View) which sleeps up to 4 people.

Llanfairfechan is a hidden gem, super convenient for all the north coast has to offer, with views around every corner and yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busier resort towns. There are lots of coastal and mountain walks and cycling opportunities from the village and three local nature reserves aside from the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, which begins at the outskirts of the village and expands inland for 823 square miles of beautiful countryside. World Heritage sites, adventure activities such as zip-lining and coasteering. There are nearby National Trust gardens and houses, amazing castles, and culture in many pitstops along the way, all of which are waiting for you in North Wales.

Bed linen and Towels are supplied.  This is a no-smoking property and unfortunately, does not allow pets.

North Wales Holiday Cottages is a holiday letting agency based in Conwy, North Wales, where we have been for nearly 60 years. Established in 1966, we are the oldest independent holiday letting agency in all of Wales, so we are a name you can trust. We visit all of our properties to make sure standards are maintained and to familiarise ourselves with the houses so we can answer any questions you may have. Visit Wales, an independent government body, also inspects the properties and awards them a quality star grading. Each year we help thousands of people find somewhere to stay in North Wales and we'd love to find somewhere for you too.

Why they chose this property

If you like your seaside with a peaceful, period twist you’ll love Llanfairfechan. It’s a small Victorian resort that – in common with Llandudno across the bay – remains true to its roots. There’s a prom fronting a wide stretch of low-tide sands plus a range of retro facilities that include a boating lake and bowling green. And, as well as those traditional time-honoured ‘beside the sea’ pleasures Llanfairfechan is also popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers.

What makes this property unique

The proximity of the apartment to the beach in the village is exceptional.
