About this property

Large Family Friendly home in quiet forested neighborhood with sauna & hot tub.

Large comfortable home in quiet wooded neighborhood has plenty of room for family gatherings. Large great room has leather furniture, wood burning stove and TV with DirectTV and Blueray DVD. Dining table seats 8 with additional 4 seats at the adjoining kitchen bar. Kitchen has gas range, refrigerator and dishwasher. WiFi available throughout the home.

First floor has 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds. One bedroom has a Sleep number C2 mattress with dual adjustments for soft/firm settings to your individual liking. The first floor bathroom has double sinks and shower. Access to the bathroom from both the common area and one of the bedrooms. Kitchen, living/great room, sauna room and deck are all on the first floor. Washer and Dryer are in first floor bathroom.

Upstairs has Master bedroom with King bed, spacious seating area and small private balcony. 4th bedroom over garage has a Queen bed and Full sized IKEA sectional sleeper as well as foosball and smart TV. Upstairs bathroom has double sinks and shower/tub. The upstairs bathroom is also accessible from both the master bedroom and the common area for easier sharing.

We have a 7 person hot tub in the backyard just outside the sauna room. Enjoy soaking in the tub under the stars. (Must be out of the Hot Tub by 10 PM per HOA Quiet Hours)

Outside of the living room is a large deck with table, 6 chairs and plenty of built in seating. An additional stone patio has a large 22" Weber grill and 6 lounge chairs.

Our home is close to the Turkey Creek Wilderness Area and within a mile of gate 5 and 8, so hiking and mountain biking are easily accessible. Pagosa Lakes for fishing and kayaking are only 5 minutes away. Restaurants and shopping are quickly accessible from North Pagosa Blvd. The Village of Pagosa and Pagosa Hot Springs and Spa are 10 minutes away. Wolf Creek Ski Area is just 45 minutes away. Navajo Lake is just 45 minutes away.

Great Time

This is my second stay at this house and it didn't disappoint. Great place and Cynthia is wonderful and accommodating. Next time I am in Pagosa, I will stay there again.

Great house for groups

I come to Pagosa once or twice a year. We have stayed all over town and in South Fork. This was a great house for us and group of teens. We try to buy groceries and cook and this house had plenty utensils and misc spices etc that make it very easy. Thabk you!

Family Ski Trip

Property was great for our family of six with 2 dogs. Great layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. And the fenced backyard allowed for our dogs room to roam. Thanks so much to our host, Cindy, who was great.

Wonderful Cabin

It's the perfect getaway cabin that has its own sauna and hot tub for soaking. We planned ahead and brought our food and stayed in the cabin almost the entire time. Property owner/manager was super responsive when we needed them.

Very nice pet friendly mountain home with fun amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Pagosa Springs. It was nice and quiet & the kids really enjoyed the amenities that were offered (ie hot tub, sauna, foosball table). We appreciate that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog. Would consider renting again in the future!

Nice neighborhood!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the Sauna. The neighborhood is so peaceful with beautiful scenery. The house is very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen.

Relaxing Getaway

We had so much staying here. The sauna & hot tub were so relaxing and clean. The yard was perfect for our dogs to explore safely and had plenty of room to play. They even had lots of dogs bowls for us to use to keep them hydrated. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was gorgeous with nearly everything you could need to create any meal you want. We do recommend taking Clorox wipes (there wasn’t a lot of products available to keep up on the cleaning) & better quality dish tabs then what was provided for our visit. No matter how well we prewashed the dishes we had to re-wash every load we did while there. Fun fact there is a pair of socks on the fan in the game room upstairs. Look for them if you stay! We definitely would love to rebook and stay here again!

Peaceful get away

I've got to start with the hosts. They were very accommodating and helpful preparing for the trip. Communication was great and the rental agreement and house rules were very reasonable. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about three miles off the main drag. In just a few minutes, we were able to get to stores and several great restaurants. A couple more miles to the hot springs downtown. We enjoyed several walks around the neighborhood. I didn’t recall much emphasis in the ad for the gigantic fenced back yard. It made bringing our small dog along very easy. We also had a great time in the hot tub. The ad shows how nice the house is with great and comfortable living areas that really make you feel at home – why I love using VRBO. Thanks!

Great Stay in Pagosa Springs

This property is conveniently located in Pagosa Springs with great amenities for families. I always appreciate a full, well-stocked kitchen, and all of the skiers and snowboarders enjoyed the hot tub after long days on the slopes. The loft area was a nice “hangout” space for our boys, and there was plenty of sleeping space for our family of teens and young adults. Thanks for a great stay!

South Texas Travelers

We checked in after dark, and though the property is tucked away, we found it with no issue. The home was well equipped, especially the kitchen. The sauna and hot tub were big hits with our kids (ages 9-17). The home was lovely and perfect for our group. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a 4 BR.

Overall a great stay!

Nice house and it has plenty of room, it is just missing a bathroom, it only has two bathrooms and missing soap, shampoo, conditioning, lotion, toilette paper and paper towels. Other than that it was great, we just had to go to Walmart to get all our toiletries the night we arrived.

Ski vacation in Pagosa Springs

Wonderful location outstanding home. Very comfortable and clean and everything work great. We stayed with a family of eight adults and enjoy the great ski slopes of Wolf Creek and walked the streets a Pagosa Springs. Use the well stocked kitchen for multiple meals. Would love to come back again soon.

Ski trip January 2023

This place is awesome! Great communication with the owner, clean home and only 45 min from Wolf Creek! The hot tub and Sauna had a lot to do with picking this place and it definitely did not disappoint. 10/10 would highly recommend!!!!

Our family loves Pagosa Springs - especially Wolf Creek Ski Area - it gets the most snow in Colorado. As a family of 4 Boarders, we love the powder at Wolf Creek. We've been coming to Pagosa for years. Now that we have a vacation home, we've learned how wonderful the other seasons are. We love to hike and mountain bike in the area. Its so relaxing to hang and enjoy the quiet. We've recently started Kayaking and hope to run the San Juan through town.

Why they chose this property

Loved the space available in this house with a fenced back yard for Della our standard poodle. We're within a mile of Gate 5 Turkey Springs area for biking and hiking. The Sauna was an added bonus

What makes this property unique

The bathrooms are accessible from both the common hallways and the master bedrooms. You basically get 2 master bedrooms. Yet the bathrooms are still accessible to guests without going through the private bedrooms.
