Adjacent to the pool is a ‘sunken garden’ style comfortable seating area, On the opposite side is cabana style kosk seating from which to kick back and enjoy the views, day or night. There is also a large comfortable day bed, and a selection of other comfortable sun loungers and seating to allow guests plenty of choice between sunny/shady locations to relax.

At the side of the villa there is a shaded alfresco dining area, with table and chairs for 10, a BBQ, and access to the rear small garden area. The pool shower is also in this area. The garden is the perfect place to enjoy a lovely quiet shady escape area from other guests for a spot of reading or just chilling out.

Steps from the pool terrace lead down to the access for the lower ground floor terrace, bedroom and games room. Please note there is NO interior access to these rooms, only the exterior staircase.

The indoor parking on the lower ground level has an electric lift to the ground floor.
