The Va Bene apartment is located in the Alameda del Boulevard, the main street of the city together with the Avenida de La Libertad. It is at the gates of the old town of San Sebastian, just 5 minutes from the beach of La Concha.
It has 100m2 with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet.
The apartment is newly renovated with noble materials and a modern and functional decoration. The 2 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and overlook a quiet and well-kept courtyard. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two singles.
The living room, kitchen-dining room is totally exterior facing the Alameda del Boulevard.
Free medical emergencies at home 24 hours.
The price per month in the summer months, includes all expenses and bed linen and towels and includes a basic intermediate cleaning (after 15 days).
Charges: deposit - deposit on confirmation of booking. 50% of the total amount of the reservation 60 days before, 50% of the total amount of the reservation 30 days before.
Deposit: 600€.
Cancellation policy with 100% refund: up to 60 days before.
