This comfortable one bedroom apartment is located in the quiet area of La Tejita which is situated between the villages of El Medano and Los Abrigos. The apartment is fully equipped for a self catering holiday or just an excellent base to stay at whilst exploring the Island. Montana Roja is a famous Tenerife landmark and is a mere 5 minutes walk away.
The first balcony is located across the corridor, which enjoys sunlight until mid-afternoon.

If you are staying for more than 7 nights, our staff will enter the property to change your bed linen and towels. If you do not wish this service - please contact the office to confirm.
Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)


Bars and shops can be found at the nearby commercial centre. Two excellent beaches can be found within a 5 minute walk. Chiringuito pirate beach is one of them. It is a secluded bay with a beach bar. Perfect to have a drink in the evening and watch the sun go down. The other beach is Playa La Tejita which is famed for being a naturalist beach which leads to the big red rock of Montana roja. You can walk to the top of this rock and get an absolutely superb view of the surrounding area. Well worth the effort.

The apartment is light and airy. It has a double bedroom that leads to the apartment balcony. A fully fitted kitchen is in the open plan area that has a large TV, sofa bed and dining table. The balcony outside the bedroom has a seating area whilst the other balcony which is external to the apartment but private has pool and sea views. It also benefits from a washing machine and free WIFI

15 minutes by car from the south airport.
Los Abrigos and El Medano are 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus.
Los Cristianos is 20 minutes by car or 40 minutes by bus.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
