The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite walk-in shower, a king-size (zip/link) with en-suite walk-in shower, and a double, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, a non-enclosed front courtyard with patio, furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Shop and pub 1.8 miles or less. No. 3 Caddaford Barns is a stylish base for an escape to Devon. Note: Garden is shared and there is a right of access through the garden. Note: There is a spiral staircase to first-floor bedroom, please take care.
