Very pretty holiday home 50m from the magnificent Val-André beach
This charming house with Mediterranean accents is located in the middle of an exotic garden. It will delight adults and children alike, because it is located very close to the beach and the nautical center. By the charming dike of Val-André, we reach the center, the casino and the thalasso which are 500m away. It has a pretty terrace sheltered from the winds, and a large solarium at the back. Inside, there is an entrance hall, a lounge and living room opening onto the south-facing terrace and the lush garden. An independent fitted kitchen overlooks the solarium, it also has a hallway, a separate toilet and a shower room. Upstairs, there are 2 large and 2 small, very bright bedrooms.
