Private neighborhood home in Payson - gorgeous getaway with in town convenience!

Come relax in our home in the town of Payson! On a quiet street, we are surrounded by boulders and tall pines, however our home is just minutes from restaurants and shopping. Use our home as a springboard to all the wonderful activities in Rim Country then come home to a private backyard, fully fenced for your furry friends!

There are so many events and activities in Rim County! See the Tonto Natural Bridge, or head up to Christopher Creek for an afternoon of fun and play. Hiking, fishing, mountain biking, antique shopping and of course rodeo!

Our home is a great place to get away to cooler places in summer, serene places in winter, and to see the changing seasons of spring and fall. The cottage is cozy and comfortable with bedrooms separated by the living room and kitchen. It is a great location for a base camp with easy access to surrounding towns of Pine, Strawberry, Whispering Pines, Star Valley.

Great house in Payson

Loved the house and the private, quiet backyard for me and my dogs. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was very safe for small dogs with all of the small spaces that dogs could get into covered or fenced off. The neighborhood was very quiet as well. Saw some elk in the front of the house.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet - will be back

We rented the house because it was very close to an event we were attending in Payson. We loved it from the moment we stepped inside. The house is adorable! It's extremely clean. The beds and furnishings are comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The backyard is an oasis of serenity and privacy. The fireplace is the cherry on top. It's close to everything, but feels secluded.We had planned to spend most of our time at the event, but ended up spending more time at this house because we were so comfortable there. We didn't want to leave, and we're already talking about booking it again.

Wonderful Stay!

This place was exactly as listed. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed. Having the laundry set up was a big plus. Supplied Keurig coffee was a big plus for us. We loved using the gas grill on the back patio for a few meals. Everything was great! Highly recommend.patio for a few meals.

We were in Payson to close on a house we bought. We had stayed before and loved it, so we chose to stay here for this two day trip. We again had a great experience, excellent communication, and comfortable surroundings. Highly recommend this place!

As advertised- well appointed, clean, and in a great location

We found the house in great condition and well stocked. The back yard was a great space for our dog to roam without getting out. Love the natural privacy the grounds provide. We will come again.

Cozy cabin

Hi, this home was very nice and clean. The community was very nice. The backyard had access for your dog. The home was in town and very close to convenience and nearby lakes, and hiking areas, shopping, etc.. my only issue that really wasn’t all that important was that there needed to be more seating in the living room even though it is a little cozy.

Perfect for our needs

This cottage is small, but perfect, for a couple, two couples, or a small family. We were there for two days so that we could look for a home in the area. It fit our needs perfectly with a well-stocked kitchen (utensils, coffee pot, provided K-cups, etc.) Even a few snacks were included. The beds were comfortable, there are two bathrooms that are well-stocked with essentials. (Bring your own shampoo, soaps, and other bathing products you may typically use.) The communication with Gabriel was consise and clear with all instructions for our arrival and departure. I think my favorite part was the huge boulders that surround the house and make the backyard amazing as well as relaxing and quiet. We felt comfortable here and would highly recommend. (By the way, we did find a great home in Payson and will be moving there within a couple of months.) Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Perfect getaway

We have stayed in this property multiple times and every time the host is awesome and every time the house is spotless clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is perfect for relaxing on the front patio or enjoying a backyard bbq.

Nice little house in Payson. Very clean & had everything I needed. Enjoyed the enclosed backyard. Saw a giant elk casually walking down the road right in front of the house on the morning I left. Nice bonus!

Quiet and cozy

Wonderfully nestled in a quiet neighborhood among the trees and boulders. A nice escape from the bustle of the city. The fenced yard was perfect for our curious pup.

The cabin is ultra clean and quiet. The back yard is great for stargazing at night. You will feel like you and your family are far away in the pines but you are very close to everything.

Great long weekend!

We were in town for a HS Volleyball tournament over labor day weekend. We've stayed at several places in Payson over the years and this one was our favorite! Check-in was seamless, the house was spotless, and we had everything we needed for the long weekend. The home was so quiet and private and the backyard made us feel like we were out in the woods and not right in town. It was perfect for our little family of 4 plus doggo. We had to do some work from home one day and internet had no issues. Parking, AC, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, patios, - even Netflix :) Would definitely rent this home again! Thanks for a great stay!

Peaceful, super clean, with a great host

The cabin is very clean, the area is peaceful and quiet, and the host goes the extra mile in communication and helpfulness. The host focuses on the guest's needs. You will love the front porch and backyard, which feels like you are away in a hidden retreat with your family, and yet you are close to everything.

We stayed for a couple nights and it was perfect. There are two fantastic private outside areas. The neighborhood is quiet and private. The place was clean and had everything you would need or want. Plus a bottle of champagne and snacks!!! Host was very attentive and responsive. We will definitely be back!!
