The house, completed in 2010, is on two levels and is tastefully furnished. On the ground floor: living room of 30 m², kitchen with kitchenette, full bathroom n. 1 double bedroom n. 1. First floor bedroom n. 2 full bathroom with n. 2 bedroom n. 3, twin beds n. 4 and full bathroom n. 3. The house is furnished and equipped with all the amenities: air conditioning and heating, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, LCD television, hairdryer, possible cot-cot and high chair for children. Relaxing stay with view at the beach

Traumlage

Wir verbrachten wundervolle Tage mit einer anderen Familie (4E, 4K) in diesem Haus an Traumlage. Die Küche ist klein, aber sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Restaurantstipps waren super (La Veranda Orosei und Il corallo, Tirreno Resort, Cala Liberotto, waren 1a). Das il corallo ist in Gehdistanz supereinfach erreichbar (ca. 15 fussminuten). Die Surfschule, die am gleichen Strand liegt, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren vor unsere Anreise verunsichert, da die Fe-Wo-Homepage, das Haus nicht mehr anzeigte. Sobald wir aber die Nachricht der Kontaktperson erhielten, war alles klar. Carlo war immer per Handy erreichbar und brachte uns auf unseren Wunsch extra Decken für die Nacht. DANKE!

Natur, Ruhe - Erholung direkt am Meer

Wir haben den Urlaub an diesem wunderbaren Ort sehr genossen. Absolute Ruhe (ausser dem Rauschen des Meeres), Aktivität am Meer, feines Essen in den lokalen Restaurants. Wir hoffen, dass wir wieder kommen können.

Incantevole

Casa ben strutturata e confortevole per 4 coppie di amici o famiglie numerose. Posizione incantevole Unica pecca le luci esterne e il non poter sfruttare il giardino per mancanza di illuminazione. Ma nel complesso ottima soluzione. Grazie Carlo anche degli ottimi suggerimenti.

Die Villa liegt sehr strandnah- und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir brauchten (inklusive schalldichte Fenster, Außenverschattung, starke Duschen, Außenduschen, leise Klimaanlagen, großer Kühlschrank, große Terrasse…perfekt.)

Wunderschöne Tage ...

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand, mit Kindern ideal. Das Haus war top gepflegt,Carlo hat alles super erklärt und Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. Die Zimmersind sehr sauber Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und die Aussendusche einfach toll nach einem Bad im Meer.

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un mois dans la maison de Dorotea et Carlo. Les propriétaires étaient très disponibles. Maison parfaite au bord de la mer. Vue fantastique. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire dans la maison. Nous avons également pu profiter du canoë et des vélos. Nous nous réjouissons de revenir.

Perfect base for a mixed group

We had a fantastic week at Carlo's house! Thank you Dorotea for hosting us and responding so quickly whenever we needed something! The house is indeed better than the pictures do it justice (maybe it's time for new photographys ;). The terrace with view of the sea is an absolute gem, and simply walking down the garden and onto the beach was marvellous. As planned, this was the perfect setting for us as a mixed group of families, couples and singles: there's enough room for everyone to go at their own pace, spread out across terrace, garden and beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the smell of the first round of espresso is what we'll be remembering. Slight drawbacks: Kitchen and fridge-freezer were a bit too small to cater for 7 adults and 3 children, since we were mostly self-catering – and the vino wants to be chilled... The two bedrooms to the back of the house are a lot less nice than the two facing the beach. All rooms are spacious and comfortable though! Overall: highly recommended, and would be happy to come back! .

Geniale Lage, schönes Objekt mit leichten Mängeln

Das Haus ist direkt am Strand, besser gehts nicht. Super Aussicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben sich bei Problemen (abfallender Wasserdruck/Probleme beim Internetzugang) gleich gekümmert. Die Aufteilung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern ist gut. Man sieht auch, dass wohl in den letzten Jahren immer wieder Verbesserungen vorgenommen wurden, z.B. bei der Terrassenausstattung und -Überdachung. Dies sollte dringend ! auch bei der Küche erfolgen. Leider lies hier die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere bei der Dunstabzugshaube. Der Gasherd funktioniert z.T. nicht einwandfrei, der Kühlschrank lässt sich nur schwer schließen und kühlt sich tot und es gibt keine wirklich nutzbare Pfanne, da die (Teflon-)Beschichtung aller Pfannen völlig zerkratzt ist. Dies ist dem Gesamteindruck leider abträglich. Hinzu kam, dass wir fast die gesamte Aufenthaltsdauer (11 von 14 Tagen) allabendlich bis kurz nach Mitternacht durch ein Hotel, das am Ende der Bucht lag, extrem beschallt wurden (Animationsprogramm/Disco/Band), was die Erholung etwas beeinträchtigt hat. Insgesamt ein schönes Objekt, nette Vermieter, geniale Lage, aber es sollte etwas in die Verbesserung der Einrichtung (Küche) und in die Reparatur der Fliegengitter an den Fenstern (diese schließen z.T.nicht mehr) investiert werden.

Fantastischer Familienurlaub

Tolle Lage. Entspannte Umgebung. Schöner Strand mit direktem Zugang. Dann gleich unter die warme Aussendusche. Schöne gepflegte Zimmer und Bäder. Aber das beste war die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Ein toller Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Traumstrand

Mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Bädern war dieses Haus ideal für unseren Urlaub mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern und Anhang. Die großzügige Terrasse mit dem Blick aufs Meer und der direkte Zugang zum Sandstrand sind einfach genial. Das Haus konnten wir in einem sehr sauberen Zustand übernehmen und die Vermieterin hat sich sogar Zeit genommen, uns die wichtigsten Läden in der Umgebung zu zeigen! Das Haus ist sehr gut konstruiert und baulich in einem sehr guten Zustand, innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nur einige Ausstattungsgegenstände und die Küche sind inzwischen etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten mal aufgefrischt werden.

Fabulous!

The house makes a perfect holiday villa. Cool inside, with air conditioning for when the heat is too much but with lots of shady outside space. The veranda has a lovely view of the beach and sea and is breath-taking in the early morning with birds singing in the trees and the sun rising from the sea. Carlo is delightful and met us at the villa. The beach is lovely - soft sand and the sea is clear and warm. The best bit was the ability to walk directly onto the beach from the villa and wash off the sand and sea in the out door shower afterwards. The surrounding area is all private villas and houses and a well organised campsite. The nearest supermarket is a few minutes drive away but we also noticed that a fruit and veg van appeared regularly at the campsite which we made good use of. It was a wonderfully relaxing and easy house to be in and we will defiantly be returning.

Parfait simplement!

Maison très propre, décoré avec beaucoup goût. La proximité de la plage est vraiment un luxe. La région est authentique, il faut aller visiter les alentours. La plage est magnifique, eau cristalline. Les propriétaires sont sympas, accueillants. Pas des points négatives pour moi. Je recommande vivement.

Einmal mehr...

... war dieses fantastische Haus unser Zuhause für 2 wundervolle Ferienwochen im Juni 2015. Nachdem wir bereits 2014 im Mai hier waren, wollten wir mal herausfinden wie es denn im Juni in Cala Liberotto ist und wir waren vollumfänglich begeistert. Wer erwartet hätte es hätte viel mehr Touristen, der musste sich eines Besseren belehren lassen. Die Ruhe rund ums Haus war bestechend und auch am Strand war nicht viel anders als ein Jahr vorher, nur dass es viel wärmer und trockener war. Das Haus war in einem top Zustand und auch mit einer anderen Familie fühlten wir uns alle im Haus pudelwohl. Die 4 Erwachsenen und die 3 Kids kamen gut aneinander vorbei, auch wenn eine Person leider eine Bettpause infolge Krankheit einziehen musste. Auch dies konnte der guten Stimmung im Haus keinen Abbruch tun und wir genossen den feinsandigen Strand beim Sonnenbaden und Schwimmen/Plantschen im Meer sowie die lauen Abende auf der Terrasse in der Lounge. Die Gastgeberin war ebenfalls einmal mehr sehr freundlich und dezent im Hintergrund aktiv. Das Haus erschien uns wiederum genau so wie beschrieben - einfach genial! Herzlichen Dank! Leider klappt es dieses Jahr nicht wieder. Gerne schauen wir irgendwann mal wieder bei euch rein ;-). Lieber Gruss Ralph

herrlich familienfreundlich

Wir, Familie mit 3 Kindern (2, 4 und 6 Jahre) hatten eine erholsame Woche in der Vorsaison (Mitte April)- und viel Glück mit dem Wetter. Die Vermieter waren unkompliziert und zuverlässig und sehr kinderfreundlich. Eine bunte Auswahl Strandtücher war bereitgelegt, es gab genügend Sandspielzeug von früheren Mietern- insgesamt sehr persönlich und familiär, die Ausstattung und die fantastische Lage entsprechen der Beschreibung. Es ist möglich, noch den Milchkaffee gemütlich auszutrinken, während die Kinder sich bereits durch das Gartentor zum Strand aufmachen, man hat sie von der grossen Terrasse aus immer im Blick. Den riesigen Strand mit feinstem Sand hatten wir in der Vorsaison vereinzelt mit wenigen Wochenendgästen der umliegenden Häuser zu "teilen". Ausflugsziele gibt es sicher ausreichend, aber es ist so schön auf der Terrasse, man will fast gar nicht weg! Wichtig aus unserer Sicht ist ein Auto für eine unkomplizierte Anreise, Einkäufe und Ausflüge. Unsere Vierjährige wollte gleich für immer dort wohnen bleiben. Wir können dieses Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen und werden wohl das erste mal nochmals das gleiche Haus buchen, weil die Lage direkt am Strand einfach perfekt ist für Familien mit (kleineren) Kindern. zu ergänzen: 1. Vermieterin um Einweisung zur Bedienung der Spülmaschine bitten 2. kein Internet

traumhafte Lage, perfekt für Familien

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderschöne Ferienwochen in diesem Haus, welches liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet ist. Das Haus ist geeignet für 2 Familien mit je 2 Kindern. Aufgrund der grosszügigen Terrasse und des grossen Esstisches kann auch bei weniger schönem Wetter gut draussen gegessen werden. Schutz vor Sonne und Wetter ist gewährleistet und auch eine Lounge lädt zum Verweilen aus um den Blick über die Bucht und das Meer und den Strand schweifen zu lassen. Das Haus ist ein Steinwurf vom breiten und feinsandigen Strand entfernt. Der Strand ist ideal mit Kleinkindern, da er sehr flach abfällt und es z.T. kleine Buchten gibt. Auch befinden sich wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt ein Camping, wo in einem kleinen Shop die wichtigsten Lebensmittel eingekauft werden können. In 5 Minuten Fahrdistanz befinden sich 2 Supermärkte mit ausreichendem Sortiment und diverse Restaurants und andere Shops und eine Apotheke. Der nächste grössere Ort, Orosei, liegt 15 Fahrminuten von Cala Liberotto entfernt. Dort gibt es einen grossen Supermarkt. Die Beschreibung entspricht dem Geleisteten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in Cala Liberotto und vor allem in diesem Haus Ferien verbringen.

Great house on the beach!

Gorgeous, recently renovated beautiful house with a direct access to a wonderful beach. We stayed there during 10 days (3 couples + 1 baby), and it was absolutely fabulous. There is also a big terrace on which we had all our diners, with a view on the sea. Dorotea and her husband, the owners, are very helpful. The area is still very well preserved, with creeks and clear water, and few tourists (out of season at least). Ottimo ! Virginie and Alexandre
