Y Bwthyn is a beautiful stone cottage situated in the heart of Newport Pembrokeshire. Perfectly located to enjoy the delights of the local amenities and wonderful area. Newport is home to many lovely independent cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops and a local produce street market on a Monday. It is a small bustling town but yet close to wonderful nature it is set at the foot of Carningli Mountain with Parrog beach and the Pembrokeshire coastal path a few minutes walk away
Newport is located in one of Pembrokeshire National Park's most scenic parts, and the coastline views are one of the most beautiful to find in West Wales. With two beaches, you are spoilt for choice in Parrog and Traeth Mawr (Big Beach). You enjoy a myriad of watersports or a round of golf at the nearby golf club.
There are many historical sites of interest in the immediate areas, with Pentre Ifan Burial chamber and the Preseli Hills just a 10-minute drive away. The pretty market town of Cardigan is 11 miles to the north, and the harbour town of Fishguard and Goodwick 7 miles to the south. There are regular buses to local towns year-round and coastal buses that run regularly in the Summer months.

Y Bwthyn sleeps 4 people in upstairs bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin room

Bedroom 1: king size bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, chest of drawers and Freeview TV, hairdryer
Bedroom 2: twin beds with a futon chair (can be used as an extra bed, if required, please bring your own bed linen), bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe
Bathroom: bath with electric shower over, WC, hand basin and large heated towel rail
DOWNSTAIRS
Sitting room: 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, log burner, side tables, TV and DVD player
Kitchen/Diner: gas hob, electric oven, electric grill, extractor, 50/50 fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, dining table seating 4, bench seat, small sofa, chair, bookshelf, games and puzzles
Wet room: walk in shower, toilet, hand basin, mirror, heated towel rail
OUTSIDE
Southerly facing garden area with 15 steps leading to an lovely views across picturesque rooftops to the sea and Dinas Head beyond. The garden may not be suitable for people with limited mobility. Large square picnic table for alfresco dining. Wooden garden chairs, side table, sun umbrella, washing line, outside electricity point, tap and small BBQ. Please ensure children and animals are supervised at all times. No car parking at the cottage but you can unload outside the cottage. Please park in the public car park (circa £3.00 a day / £25.00 per week (April – End October)) in Long Street
