Luxury Sea View Villa Panorama is situated in Protaras, a vibrant summer destination renowned for its captivating allure. Nestled within a villa complex, this residence affords breathtaking vistas of the sea from its upper-floor balcony.

Upon entry, guests are greeted by an expansive open-plan living area comprising a generously sized lounge replete with plush corner seating, a smart television, and complimentary Wi-Fi accessibility throughout. Adjacent to the lounge lies a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern amenities including a microwave, dishwasher, French press coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and an island bar complemented by stools. Expansive glass doors from the kitchen open onto a private swimming pool area featuring sunbeds and umbrellas, ideal for leisurely pursuits.

For al fresco dining experiences, outdoor furnishings and a dining table are conveniently provided. A corridor branching off from the living room leads to three impeccably designed bedrooms. This corridor includes a guest WC, followed by a bedroom with twin beds, a double bedroom with a dressing table and full-length mirrors, a main bathroom boasting a walk-in shower, and finally, a bedroom featuring three single beds, an ensuite shower, and vistas of the swimming pool.

Ascending a staircase to the first floor unveils a spacious balcony offering magnificent sea views and furnished for relaxation. Positioned along Cyprus's southeastern coast, Protaras beckons visitors with its pristine beaches and crystalline waters. The renowned Fig Tree Bay, with its picturesque islet, serves as a haven for sun-seekers and snorkeling enthusiasts alike.

Beyond the shoreline, Protaras unveils a landscape adorned with traditional windmills and charming chapels, each embodying tales of heritage and simplicity. All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
