This holiday rent Villa has been completely renovated a couple of years ago, the owner used very high standard materials and furniture in order to provide to its guest a luxury and comfortable vacation.Villa Massi spreads on two levels; on the ground floor there is a modern and spacious living room with Tv-Sat and a dining area with direct access to the outside terrace equipped with comfortable outside sofas and a dining table with chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern with all accessories and appliances such as a microwave oven, a fridge, freezer, a kettle, cutlery, plates, glasses, and everything you need to prepare tasty meals that can also be enjoyed outside on the panoramic terrace. Still on the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two are doubles and the third one is a twin-bedded room, all with en-suite bathroom furnished with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer; a guest’s bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier are available on this floor. Going up few steps you reach the first floor, here there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom featuring 2 washbasins and a whirlpool bathtub/shower; two double bedrooms (one on request can be made with two separate beds) with en-suite bathroom, one has a bathtub and the other one has a shower. All the bedrooms have direct access to the furnished panoramic terrace. All the bedrooms featured with a large wardrobe, flat screen Tv-Sat, window or balcony and air conditioning.The entire villa is furnished with style and with high quality materials, wi-fi, heating and air conditioning.The whole property is surrounded by a well-kept garden with outdoor furniture such as tables, chairs and deck chairs, the swimming pool of 4 x 7,5 m. is for the exclusive use of customers only.Villa Massi is a little corner of Paradise; simply the ideal spot where to celebrate the most special events of your life!The Villa is just 4 km far from, in fact Sorrento is only 10 minutes driving away with its choice of restaurants and wine bars; the main streets full of elegant boutiques leads to the old town center doubtless the most picturesque district of the town.
