The Barn has one double bedroom and a shower room with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, basin and WC. There’s an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and woodburning stove. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside there’s a patio with furniture and off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking or vaping. Nearest shop and pub in 3.3 miles. Escape to Barnard Castle at the Barn. Please note, this property can only accommodate a minimum of 3-nights.
