Charming holiday home in a villa with only 3 apartments, convenient to the famous Mare e Rocce beach of Pittulongu. Located on the raised ground floor, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa, mezzanine with two more beds, double bedroom, bathroom and veranda furnished with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation. The free and equipped beaches of Mare e Rocce and Bados can be easily reached on foot as can those of Pellicano and Squalo; the nearest sea is just 150 meters away. In the immediate vicinity there are all the main services of Pittulongu. There is a TV, washing machine, barbecue, outdoor shower and parking space; the villa is surrounded by a large fenced space, therefore ideal for allowing children to play in complete tranquility. For larger groups there are in the same villa, another two-room apartment capable of hosting up to 4 people and a three-room apartment capable of hosting up to 3 people; therefore overall it is a villa with 12 beds.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
