Luxurious town home located within 10 minutes from famous Main Street Park City, Utah. It has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10. It's very close to shops and restaurants, within 5 minutes of ski lifts to Park City Mountain Resort (Canyons), and has access to a main bus route. The deck has a grill and large hot tub. You have access to the townhouse community clubhouse and pool across the street. The house is exceptionally clean with new bedding.
5 bedroom details: 1 King + bath, 1 queen + master bath, 1 queen, 1 set of bunk beds, 1 set of bunk beds with a full on the bottom. There's an additional pull out couch in the living room.
No smoking
Not safe or suitable for infants (Under 2 years) - 3 floors without gates.
Check in is anytime after 3PM, Check out is 11AM.
In order to keep cleaning costs at a minimum please leave the home as you have found it: remove used linens and place in laundry area, use recycling and garbage on premise - the cans are outside under the deck, and please clean dishes (ok to leave dishwasher going with last load of dishes upon checkout).
I am located in the same community as I own and Manage several other properties in the near vicinity and I am easily accessible both pre/post and during your stay .
